Prophysint OÜ sells and provides various IT and consultancy services. Services are provided to private persons globally, companies, public institutions and Government entities.
All prices shown include VAT.
Ordering a service
You can order services directly from the website by paying for them online. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information given when placing the order is not used for anything else but delivery of the order and for resolving issues with the order. When ordering from our website you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed to our terms and conditions at the time of purchase. Services are subject to our acceptance and we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept your order, when:
Paying for your order
The payment service between vendors and consumers is offered by PayPal and Stripe in co-operation with banks and credit institutions. You as a consumer are not required to register or pay extra costs for using the payment service. All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured. Payments are to be made before the service starts
Payment options
Card payments are provided securely by PayPal and Stripe. During the transaction, all card information will be handled through a secure connection. Card numbers are not recorded by us.
Cryptocurrency
For Government entities or sensitive cases that require discretion, we can exceptionally take payment in "crypto". We only accept Bitcoin (BTC).
Refunds
If we don't accomplish successfully the service you paid for, a full refund will be given.
Delivery of the serviceAlthough we aim to get results back to you within one week, depending on the task and the service requested, it can take anywhere up to 15-20 days depending on the complexity of the mission.
